Semmozhi Vatteluttu 3.0 (draft)
===============================
A monoline font for the Vatteluttu script. Vatteluttu is not in Unicode, so this font works the way e-Vatteluttu OT does:
you type ordinary Tamil letters and the font shows them in Vatteluttu shapes. Copying the text copies Tamil text.
It covers the 12 vowels, the 18 Tamil consonants, every consonant + vowel-sign syllable, and the pulli.

Credit: letter forms are based on e-Vatteluttu OT (2014) by Elmar Kniprath, used with his permission and redrawn
as our own smooth monoline pen strokes. Thank you, Mr. Kniprath.

Licence: SIL Open Font License 1.1 (see OFL.txt). Free for personal, commercial and print use.
You may share it and change it. You may not sell the font by itself.

Status: version 3.0. An automatic check compares each letter with the reference letters: average agreement 99.94%; all 272 letters and syllables agree 99% or more, and the weakest agrees 99.1%. This is a comparison with the reference font, not with inscriptions, and no expert has reviewed it yet.
All four Semmozhi fonts (Brahmi, Grantha, Tamil, Vatteluttu) share one pen style: one stroke weight, smooth curves, and tapered ends.

Install: macOS - double-click the .ttf, click Install Font. Windows - right-click, Install. Linux - copy to ~/.fonts, run fc-cache -f.
